For the 1st time ever, Team HENCHshaws will take to the streets of Knaresborough to run, swim and sweat their way around the beautiful and grueling course to raise money for the wonderful Henshaws organisation. So please dig deep and support Helen, Simon Louisa, Luiza, James, Adeline and Alex to help them start off with a bang.Henshaws work in the North of England, enabling people living with visual impairments and other disabilities to build the skills and gain the independence they need to get the future they want. They are a great charity(and local too!), making a real difference to many people's lives.
