We believe that everyone should have enough food to feed themselves and their families even in a crisis. That is why we have collected and distributed hundreds of tonnes of food, all been donated by residents in Rugby. Our volunteers sort the food and make up food parcels ready to give out to clients who are referred to us by local agencies. There are many reasons why someone ends up in crisis debt, loss of employment, benefit changes, sickness etc. We also provide signposting to local support services who are able to help with these underlying issues. We know that what we do makes a real difference. Here is some feedback from one client, The foodbank is brilliant. It helped me and my daughter so much, we would simply not have coped without it. Amazing help. Others simply say its a life line. Your donation allows us to continue this work until one day no one needs to use a food bank. Until then we will be here to serve those in our town who might not have an evening meal today.
