Mental health is an issue that has directly affected so many people and touched the lives of so many families. I know too many people who have suffered from mental health issues and I know the pain and suffering it can cause. Because of this, I have decided to run the 2020 Brighton Marathon and raise money for the charity Mind.

Their motto is "We won't give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support & respect." 

And now I want to play my part in achieving their goal.

Any donation, be it 20p or whatever you can afford, would be absolutely amazing! Thanks so much for your support. I will keep you updated as to my progress throughout my training via some form of social media for those interested.
