Hi,

After completing my first Spartan Super race on the 13th July and hearing yet another case of mental health taking another life, I have decided to complete all three races in order to get the Trifecta title. (All three races in one year, sprint-super-beast)

On the 5th of October Ill be doing the Spartan Beast, 13-14 mile obstacle course! 
On the 6th of October Ill be doing the Spartan Super (8miles) in the morning and the  Sprint (3-4 mile) in the afternoon.

I'm sure most of you have experience a loss or know of someone that has suffered with mental health problems.
 
Even though we cannot solve this growing issue overnight, Hopefully the money raised will help somebody who is going through a tough time!
