I never had the privilege of meeting Liz's mum Rachael.  Every year we visit Hereford Cathedral for the St Michaels Hospice Carol concert and it is clear that they do so much for the families affected so giving something back, no matter how little, will help with everything they do.  A half marathon is a start - hopefully a full marathon will follow and I can continue the fundraising for this great charity.  No matter how little, it will mean so much to receive your donations.  Liz is injured and so won't be able to run, but Mel Folly and Harry Nash will also be running and trying to help the hospice.
