The Challenge 

In August this year I'm taking on one of my biggest challenges yet, the 3 Peaks Challenge. Having only previously conquered one of these mountains I’m now looking to complete all 3 within 24hours! 

We’ll be starting at the bottom of Ben Nevis in Scotland at 5am, and once completed we’ll be pressing on to the summit of Scafell Pike in the Lake District and then to Snowdon in Wales. Ascending a total height of almost 3000 metres all within a 24 hour time limit, walking through the day and night whilst trying to sleep as we drive between each location. 

The Charity

I’ve set myself a target of raising £1,000 for Norfolk & Waveney Mind, a brilliant mental health charity in my local community. 

Norfolk and Waveney Mind are a local mental health charity supporting 14-25 year olds, adults and carers effected by mental health. Mind offer a wide range of services including 1:1 talking therapies, training and education for businesses, schools and individuals among other fantastic support programmes. 

Being a local charity they’re an important part of our local community and any donation is welcomed.
