100 metres is my comfort zone for those who know me so an extra 42,095 metres should be easy, right?

I sometimes feel lonely. But I’m fortunate to have amazing family, friends and colleague group to put up with my awful sense of humour. Not everyone is as fortunate. My ask is to take a step back from your busy lives and think about that person in your mind who’s just gone over a hump in their road and meaningfully check in on them. Be it a loss of a loved one, failure of an exam, general life circumstance, the list goes on.

Mind are an amazing charity who support those in need but also raise awareness over the importance of taking mental health seriously. A group of colleagues and I will be running the Manchester Marathon to raise money for this great cause.

Every pound is truly appreciated whilst I run through the pain of peroneal tendinitis (self diagnosed)🙏🏼
