We provide a helpline, and webchat service to help prevent suicide in the UK

Story

In 2013, male suicide accounts for 78% of all suicides and is the single biggest cause of death in men aged 20 – 45 in England and Wales.

I want to do my bit to challenge a culture that prevents men seeking help when they need it. So, starting out on 6th June our adventure is 947 miles long and I'd like to raise £947

There are 3 main ways you can help:

  1. Sponsor me - duuuh, it'll help get me through tough hills and long days in the saddle
  2. Join me on a training ride
  3. Encourage me not to lose my way, eat badly, miss training, stay out late etc!

I had hoped to do it last year, but serious illness prevented me in doing so... BRING IT 2015!
