This is the second time I'm running the London marathon for Phab and this time I'm hoping not to get injured! So far my knee has held up through training, tho I have not been liking the cold and the snow. I don't think I've worn a pair of shorts since last year! Thank heavens its now accepable for men to wear running tights.

Phab Kids are a brilliant charity that take disabled and non-disabled children on holiday together. They also have over 200 clubs, where they provide valuable support to families with disabled children.  Too often in this day and age, people with disabilities are kept in the shadows. Phab's aim is to make sure all children are treated equally.
