I'm running the Brighton Marathon, 2nd April, for Home for Good, a fostering and adoption charity. I've seen first hand the real difference that fostering makes to the children who are most in need! There is urgent need for thousands more foster carers and Home for Good helps equip those who could be those carers!

Right now, across the UK, theres an urgent need for thousands more foster carers. Every child needs the same things to thrive; somewhere stable to call home, an environment that feels safe, someone to turn to when things feel hard. But this shortage of carers means that there are some children in our community who dont have these things; and that needs to change.Thats why were launching an urgent fundraising appeal; were making it our mission to inspire and equip local people to respond to the need in their own communities. We believe that change is possible, but we cant achieve it without your help.Home for Good is a UK charity with a vision to find a home for every child who needs one through fostering, adoption and supported lodgings for teenagers. We believe the Church has a crucial role to play.
