Hi

I am Luke, I will be taking part in the 3 Peaks challenge in September to raise money for free@last during their YEAR OF PAIN! 

I have been involved in free@last all my life! And still am today as a volunteer, so I know the amazing work that happens there. 

I have decided to take on this challenge for a number of reasons, firstly raise money to help the kids and secondly to challenge myself mentally and physically.
