I’m running the London marathon for Leukaemia Care which will go towards helping patients and family’s. 

One of my friends was diagnosed with leukaemia a couple of years ago putting her life journey on hold while she's had to receive treatment. The hospital staff are working extremely hard to care for her, getting her back on track (even if that does mean she'll leave us for sunny Ibiza again!!)

Leukaemia is a cancer which starts in blood-forming tissue, usually the bone marrow. It leads to the over-production of abnormal white blood cells, the part of the immune system which defends the body against infection.
