Onto my next challenge The tour of suffolk is a 150 mile bike ride spread over 2 days the 1st leg will be ok but any support you can offer will give me a major boost on my return leg. 

Your donations will go towards the futurestars charity for underprivileged children in Ghana and Togo & also to the ITFC community trust. I really enjoyed my time at the club ⚽️🚜 and would love to give something back in anyway possible. I’m doing the ride with two good friends who I do most of my training with we’re looking forward to seeing some Ipswich town legends.
