So we've got a bit of a situation... I'm 30 on the 27th March. Can you believe?!

Some of you will know that I've had a bit of an informal tradition of donating to the Hospice of the Valleys around my birthday. Whether that's been through a direct donation or supporting others fundraising, I've tried to give something. 

This year however, because I'm 30 and at 30 you have to be shameless,  I'm looking you in the eye and asking you for pint. Or more accurately, the cost of a pint and whatever additional small change you can afford. Celebrate my birthday with me by donating.

Why the Hospice? Well, they were around for our family in the most difficult times we've had. They were there to help keep mam comfortable and at home with us until she passed away. And as mam can't be here to fundraise for the hospice, I guess it falls to us!
