Once again I am taking part in the biggest charity ice hockey weekend in the UK in aid of British Heart Foundation. Heart disease remains one of the UK's leading causes of death and as such is a worthy cause in itself. 

Thanks to the BHF, myself and others have had the opportunity to spend more time with loved ones and every donation helps towards making that happen for another person and another family.
