As some of you may know or not know, my cousin last year was tragically killed whilst cycing across America for Find Your Feet charity. David did so much in his life and was an inspiration to many, helping many people in his life and did so much for charities across the world. I'm running for Find Your Feet in memory of his name to make a small difference to those in need for a man who did so much.

Just to let everyone know, I completed the British 10k yesterday, was a great experience and I believe i ran well on the day, I did it in around 50 minutes, a little bit wet but was a fun day with find your feet. Thankyou everyone who has sponsored me, really means alot and was great day. All the money raised will be going towards a project in memory of David.
