I'm Luke McCall, you may know me from such shows as Les Miserables, Phantom of the Opera, or as one of the Prince Charles Joggers in the press. 

I will be attempting to run the Cardiff Half Marathon with my best mate Andy for the wonderful charity: Alzheimer's Society.

I would be grateful for any donation large or small toward my goal of £500. 

I have only ever once run further than 10km, so this will be a big challenge for me, and I'm extremely grateful for your support.
