On the 28th of June I will be 'running', well jog walking, (maybe even crawling by the end of it) the Louth 5k Run For Life in aid of Cancer Research UK. I've never done anything like this before so I'm terrified, BUT it is for a great cause!
I will be doing this in memory of my late father John Howard who lost his battle against cancer and passed away in October last year.
No one should have to lose a family member or a friend to cancer and I hope that by raising funds one day cancer can be beaten, in all cases, for good!
