We are the world’s largest charity dedicated to saving lives through research. Our vision is to bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. Cancer Research UK is a registered charity in England and Wales (1089464), Scotland (SC041666), the Isle of Man (1103) and Jersey (247).

Story

During an evening of replenishing fluids after a run Andy and Mark pondered how long it would take to walk 100km.

Firstly, they thought they could do it in one day but thought (sensibly?) it would probably be best to do it over two days.

After several more drinks it became clear that they thought this was now easily achievable and that the walk should end at Lands End! ..and a celebratory Cornish Pasty!!

So, hotels are now booked and additional Striders and partners roped into "The Trek For A Cornish Pasty".

To make this a worthwhile journey, it has been decided that we should raise funds for Cancer Research via a JustGiving page. So many of us have had our lives affected by friends and family with Cancer and anything we can raise to go towards this amazing Charity would be fantastic.
