Following the success of the 2021 Lift- A- Thon  the University of Exeter American Football Team (Exeter Demons) are back and are going to lift the weight of a full Boeing 747 (445 Tonnes) in 6 hours on 10th June 2022.

A Team of 10 of us are doubling the challenge from last year, with the support of Oliver Joseph Fitness in Cranbrook and Dominos Honiton Road. 

Hospiscare do amazing work in Devon and really helped my mum when she needed it most.  Though because of Covid they are down on funding,  make sure they can help as many people as possible and please give what you can and share.
