Both dan and i wish to encorporate our fitness training with an extremely worthy cause and want to raise money for the myton hospice. This is a brilliant charity that provides vital care and relief for paitents and their families. Our aim is to run 365 miles in 365 days which sounds easy but it wont be with the rigors of every day family life and shift working. It is a charity that means alot to both of us and we would love to raise £1000 for the charity.
