I am doing an Abseil for my Presidential Charity for the Year, I am taking the plunge down 150ft into semi darkness.  My charity is Rett Syndrome.  Nationally the National Association of Ladies Circles (www.ladies-circle.org.uk) have raised £1000's for this charity and I would just like to do something myself.
