I have set this page up to support Tourettes Scotland who are supporting me through Findlay's diagnosis. The charity have great training for teaching staff and an assembly for schools however this requires funding which the schools cannot pay. Therefore I am fundraising initially to get the training into Findlays primary school and then hopefully his secondary school when the time comes. My initial goal is to get all staff in his current school trained but my ultimate goal is to raise enough to get this training into every school in Aberdeen to raise awareness of a condition that people barely know anything about.

As well as funding training I have set up the Grampian Support Group for Tourettes Scotland. This group is to provide support to families through our parents only meetings and also our family days so the children can meet other people with the condition and realise they are not alone.
