On 20th August 2022 I will support Jerry Gore on the Insulin360 mountain bike challenge.

It's been a while since I've really challenged myself and it's usually I do it on the water, but not this time.

The Insulin 360 challenge will involve seven days of riding, 360 kilometers in length with 17,500m of elevation. As a team we will attempt to traverse the entire Southern French Alps all on mountain bikes – arguably the most spectacular multi day mountain bike trails in Europe.

The aim is create awareness about Diabetes and raise funds for Action4Diabetes (A4D). The team target is €25000.

Action4Diabetes (A4D) is a UK-registered charity giving health and hope to disadvantaged young people living with Type 1 Diabetes in South-East Asia by ensuring free access to life-saving medication and support from an empowered T1D community.We are the only NGO dedicated to tracking, documenting and improving the health outcomes of disadvantaged young people living with T1D in SEA. Unlike other NGOs, we offer ongoing T1D healthcare to those we support.
