St Catherine's hospice were very important to Tom and his family, with 24/7 support and every need met and exceeded. Not only did they provide practical support but also much needed emotional help throughout the last few months. They made an impossible time as easy as it could be and we will be forever grateful. 

They meant a lot to Tom and he wanted us to raise money for them to help others like him. So please instead of buying flowers, donate to this much underfunded but vital service to help other families in our situation.
