I' m doing the Great North Run in aid of Dove House Hospice

Dove House is a charity providing excellent care for people in the local community with life limiting illnesses.

The Great North Run is a televised half maraton - that's 13.1miles, and it'll be shown on the telly!

Ant & Dec might be there, Phil Brown's been there and next week, so will I!

Completing this will be a massive achievement for me.  It will also be a good opportunity to help others.
