Hi All 

In recognition of my ageing joints and my complete lack of fitness, I have body swerved the London marathon and opted for the more eclectic Bling Fling this year (literally a stroll in the park, so they say... just a mere 10k)

Now that I've got my footwear sorted out I'm raring to go! I plan to take this opportunity to celebrate the successful treatment that some of my good friends have had for breast cancer (including my walking buddy, Laura) and at the same time remember fondly my inspirational colleague and friend, Audrey, who is sorely missed.

So please dig deep and support the great work by Prof Heys and his team into breast cancer research and care at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, and to fund Archway to support outings and equipment for their 4 respite centres across Aberdeen.
