Over the last year myself and Lauren have been volunteers helping out at Fairly Beloved Rabbit Care.  I have always known that bunnies get a raw deal in animal care but only through helping out with FBRC, have we fully understood the hardship that falls upon these beautiful, loving, quiet and senstitive animals.  

Fairly Beloved Rabbit Care spend an endless amount of time and money doing 2 main things:

Educating people on the correct care and wellbeing of rabbits.

Rescue and re-homing bunnies which normally means a lot of money spent on vet bills and time spent socialising the bunnies to help get the wee bundles of fluff ready for their forever home.

Being volunteers within FBRC has taught us so much and has made us feel part of a family and that we really can make a difference.

Winter is a really tough time for FBRC financially but the rescuing of these animals must go on.

This is why we have chosen to take part in the Santa Dash to help raise much needed funds.

Truly every penny makes a difference :-)
