Story

Jacob is taking part in the Scouse 5k/3k for Claire House Children's Hospice. He is doing this in memory of his little brother Noah. Claire house have been amazing and offered lots of support for Jacob. If you can sponsor Jacob even a small amount it would mean so much to us xx

About the charity

Claire House Children’s Hospice helps seriously & terminally ill children live life to the full, creating wonderful memories & bringing back a sense of normality to family life. Through specialist nursing & emotional support Claire House helps families smile when life couldn’t get any tougher.
