My sister Lynsay Worley sadly took her own life after a long battle with mental health problems. For those of you that were fortunate enough to meet Lynsay, when she was well she had the most amazing sense of humour and had a beautiful laugh. She was an extremely caring and supportive sister too.  We miss Lynsay every single day and still shed lots of tears for her. One of Lynsay's final wishes was for us to help those with mental health problems. My younger sister Sally is studying to become a Psychotherapist (which she will be amazing at) and I am now moving from HR into Hypnotherapy. Hopefully we can fulfil Lynsay's wish. 

On Sunday 3rd April, I am running the London Landmarks Half Marathon for Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide (SoBS). This amazing charity has helped my family and I through some very dark and difficult days, the SoBS team are absolute angels. 

Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide is a very special charity that exists to help the survivors of bereavement by suicide at the time of their loss and in the very difficult months and years that follow. they are a self-help organisation providing a safe, confidential environment in which those bereaved by suicide, can share their experiences and feelings. They offer peer led support groups, online virtual support groups, a national telephone helpline, online community forum and email support. They offer these services to all adults across the UK, and this special charity is run by the bereaved for the bereaved. SoBS is a non profit charity, who receive no government funding and rely on the generosity of fundraisers and kind donors like you!
