Every year i make the effort to go out and run for the aid of Alzhiemers Scotland. This is such an important charity for my family and so many other families in Scotland.  They provide such a wonderful service for those who are affected by Alzhiemers including a 24hr helpline.  Ever since my gran was diagnosed with alzhiemers, the charity gave her support through groups and support workers who became friends and also gave amazing support and advice to all the family.

My gran was my favorite person in the world, anyone who new her, loved her.  This is for you xx
