In training for my Nepal trek later this year I'm walking up Snowdon this weekend.

It wasn't my plan to raise money for this walk but with the recent events, I felt it was a missed opportunity to help the people of Ukraine.

As the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine escalates, please help those affected with humanitarian and medical aid: items for their immediate emergency and ongoing needs, medical supplies, hygiene packs, first aid kits, transportation, evacuation and critical services. We raise funds to provide immediate, direct support.

However much you kindly donate I will match myself.

Snowdon this time of year can be very cold and it's expected we will be walking through snow, so crampons are packed!
