On Sunday 15 November we completed the WestRun 10km in aid of the Lyric's work with young people. It was a hard course but we all made it through in an hour or under...some ill and some with injuries.

Lyndel has launched her TENNER FOR 10k campaign to try and raise 1k…she possibly means a TENNER FOR 10KM – but if we get to 10k wow think what we could do!

The Lyric has a unique dual mission to present a dynamic programme of professional productions whilst also delivering an extensive programme of work for young people. These projects reach some of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged young people in west London helping them to re-engage with education and employment. The Lyric uses theatre based activities to develop basic life skills and build character traits which will equip young people with the vital tools to deal with their difficult personal challenges.
