On 11th September I am running the Great North Run  for Epilepsy Action. 

Epilepsy Action is a community of people committed to a better life for everyone affected by epilepsy. They provide advice and support; they are committed to the provision of high quality, accessible epilepsy healthcare services; they are trying to increase awareness and understanding around epilepsy and what it means for those affected.
