I can't even begin to imagine what it must be like to hear the words "Your child has cancer". CLIC Sargent is a truly amazing charity that fights tirelessly to stop cancer destroying young lives. From the moment of diagnosis, they are there and ready to help families cope.

CLIC Sargent helps families by providing grants and free accommodation close to hospital to help with spiralling costs. Their care teams are on hand to help with everything from receiving treatment closer to home, getting back into education and accessing benefits. And they lobby government to make sure families get the support they need.

Last year, CLIC Sargent supported 7,010 children and young people with cancer, and their families.
