For those of you who know me, I've had a love/hate/love relationship with Bikram Yoga...but decided to challenge myself and take part in the 30 Day Challenge. That's Bikram Yoga every day for 30 days. If I miss a day, I have to do a double class that day (note to self: don't miss a day).
So, what's Bikram Yoga? Bikram Yoga is a hot yoga style, and is ideally practiced in a room heated to 40 °C (104 °F) with a humidity of 40%. The class runs for 90 minutes and consists of the same series of 26 postures, including two breathing exercises. Sweaty stuff.
From Tuesday 11 October through to Wednesday 9 November, it's hot yoga every single day.
