Im Macsen, Im 11 years old and this lockdown is driving me a bit crazy!  I love being outside, walking the mountains, going to the beach and going to all of my sports clubs - rugby, swimming, tae kwondo, football.  Im still getting out as much as possible, but just locally - we are lucky to have safe places to go and keep fit in my local area.

Ive got Alpha 1 antitrypsin.  You wouldnt know and to be honest It hasnt effected me badly at all in recent years.  When I was a baby I was poorly, but Im really lucky to have a good set of healthy lungs for now and I keep fit to make sure my health stays as tip top as it can.  I know that alot of children with this condition and other liver diseases are not anywhere as fortunate with their health and would benefit from the support from CLDF and thats why I have chosen to raise money for them.

So my challenge is to cover the distance of 170 miles - thats the equivalent of travelling from North Wales to South Wales.  Im going to run, cycle, walk and hopefully (if the pools reopen) swim this distance over the next few weeks.  Some days I will do EPIC mountain bike rides and others Ill run or walk shorter distances. Im sure my mam will keep you posted on how I get on.
