Stewart and I have decided to attempt The National Three Peaks Challenge 2nd September 2023

This challenge involves climbing the highest mountains of Scotland, England and Wales, within 24 hours. These mountains are Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon.
The challenge includes around 24 miles of hill walking, with a driving distance of 450 miles. Each mountain includes a round trip of between seven to ten miles.

Minimum sleep, freezing cold, walking through the night, 10,052 foot of elevation gain and attempting to sleep/fuel on a mini bus. A challenge that many would imagine their worst nightmare, excites us.
