The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge takes on the peaks of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough.

MAC Construction Consultants are taking part in the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge to raise awareness and fundraise for our charity of the year, Mates in Mind.

During Mates in Mind first two years of action, they enabled hundreds of organisations within the construction sector to transform the mental health culture of their workplaces. Through their tailored programme, they have supported organisations of all sizes to start vital conversations about mental health.

Due to the successes within the construction sector, they have gained recognition across a range of industries.

As a result of this, Mates in Mind have expanded their focus to include workers in industries beyond construction, enabling more UK workplaces to drive a positive change. However, whilst they are delighted to be supporting organisations across additional sectors, they remain committed to supporting and achieving their initial target of reaching 75% of the industry by 2025 and will continue the mission to transform the construction sector, spreading their message and providing the ongoing support needed for organisations to take action.
