To celebrate the Games of the XXXII Olympiad in Tokyo next month, work is asking us to take part in our own marathon to help raise funds for charity.

We need to move a minimum of 26.2miles in 31 days and funds raised will be split between Mind, St Mungo’s and Dubai Cares. By taking part, we could also win £1,000 for a charity of our choice.
