This year we are raising money for the wonderful charity Aleto Foundation who focus on providing opportunities for young people with high potential from an unprivileged background.

Why is this important to the Asset Allocation team?  Well, being a close-nit group we understand there is more to being a team than just work. Often team mates are more than just colleagues. We look after each other when the going gets tough which it has been in recent weeks following the killing of an unarmed black man, George Floyd.  

To quote our team mate Justin Onuekwusi: "The events of the last week have left us all lost for words. it has left us depressed, frustrated and maybe somewhat lost. It has maybe led many of us to question ourselves and our role in this world"

We realise that lots of us are very privileged, everyone in their own way; having jobs, friends, many of us having a wonderful family. However, for some of us it took many personal struggles to get where they are now. 

By supporting the Aleto Foundation we hope our contribution can change lives and help people to reach their full potential.
