I am so proud of my daughter, Macy Gibbons who at just 10 years old has recently made the decision that she would like to do something extra special for other children by having her hair cut and donating it to the Little Princess Trust so that it can be made into a special wig.

When a child loses their hair to cancer or another condition, the Little Princess Trust are are there with a free, real hair wig to help restore their confidence and identity. Their aim is to not stop until the research that they fund ends childhood cancer forever. Macy will be having a massive 12inches cut from her hair to donate and this will take place during February. In addition to this we would like to fundraise so that Macy’s efforts go that extra mile. That’s where you come in! Macy would appreciate any donation you can make, be it large or small. Every penny makes a huge difference to such a worthy cause. We intend to record and share the experience with all who have donated.
