I have always wanted to tick skydiving off my bucket list but never been brave enough to give it a shot. Now that I have the opportunity to raise money for YoungMinds, there is no better time than now. Knowing that my screaming and flailing will go towards giving people the support they need, I'll be more than able to muster the courage. It is so important that there is plenty of mental health support for young people so I am really pleased to be contributing to such a fantastic cause.
