Myself, Richard and Darren, Rhiannon and the kids are throwing ourselves into Tough Mudder North West to raise funds for The Frostick Foundation. A Foundation set up to support research, education and training for Orthopaedics in Liverpool; following the loss of our dad in 2020- Professor Simon Frostick, Orthopaedics.

Richard and Darren are completing: Tough Mudder Infinite - aiming to complete up to 4 rounds of 13 miles with 26 obstacles in one day!! Including: ‘the mud mile’ and ‘Everest’! In Richard’s words: ‘activate Beast Mode!’ 

Rhiannon and myself are completing: 10km Tough Mudder- including all the mud/ ice/ electricity and water!! 

The kids are completing for the second time Lidl Mudder: a one mile course including mini-Everest and mini-mud-mile!!! 

If you have any spare pennies they will be used to help therapists, doctors and surgeons improve their education to give their patients the highest level of care backed by research- a vision our Dad wanted- he felt everything comes down to education.
