So I've decided to fall from the sky... to raise money for the amazing charity I have recently started working for - Sue Ryder- and in loving memory of my uncle Tom.

If you are not already aware, Sue Ryder provides exceptional person-centered hospice and neurological care for those facing frightening, life-changing diagnosis. This care supports people at the most difficult time of their lives, and the loved ones around them, providing emotional, practical and financial aid.

I am doing this Skydive in loving memory of my uncle Tom, who we lost last September. He faught a long, tough battle with a brain tumor.
In the last few months of his life he stayed in the Priscilla Bacon Lodge hospice in Norwich where he could feel the comforts of a homely atmosphere and received care from the amazing team there. 

“Priscilla Bacon Lodge, it was an absolute God-send...literally. It was starting to become frightening trying to deal with Tom's symptoms and illness at home. It became like a second home to me. Sleepovers with friends towards the end- wine, nibbles,laughter, nice gardens, totally patient and compassionate staff. It was warm and comfortable in as much as it can be in the circumstances. Every time I drive past I get a lump in my throat.” - Aunty Suzanne 

The amount of care and love in these hospices is overwhelming.
At some point you, I, Mum, Dad, or anyone you love more than life may have to receive care from Sue Ryder, and I feel so grateful that this care is available to us.

The care team at Sue Ryder include nurses, psychologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, and healthcare assistants. As you can imagine, this is a lot to pay for. So I ask you to donate what you can to my fundraising skydive for the care and services Sue Ryder provide.
