As you have probably seen by our copious social media updates, we (Daisy Greville Williams, Tilda Bevan, Katie Bairsto and Kitty Cotton) are currently in quarantine in Madrid and have been for the last two weeks. Spirits and morale are high and so we have decided to undertake a wee challenge. 

We have decided to run a Relay Marathon (26.2 miles) within the confines of our 3 bedroom flat in Madrid. Daisy, Kitty and Tilda will be taking the first part in shifts with the grand finale (3Km) being skipped by Katie due to a gammy knee. We are raising money for YoungMinds as we are well-aware that it's not as easy for everyone else suffering from this global pandemic. 

Self-isolating can be difficult for many people struggling with their mental health, and who normally rely on human interaction for help. We feel very grateful being four friends isolating together and being able to support each other through this time of uncertainty. 

YoungMinds are leading the fight for a future where all young minds are supported and empowered, whatever the challenges. They make sure all young people get the best possible mental health support and have the resilience to overcome life's challenges, such as COVID-19.
