Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Hello, I am the local Police Community Support Officer for Maerdy , a role I have held for nearly 5 years and am asking for help in providing essential life saving equipment in Maerdy.

The first defibrillator in Maerdy was installed in 2013.  A second  is shortly to be installed on Sheppard's Pharmacy and I am now aiming to install a third unit on North Road Motors, to ensure no resident of Maerdy is more than a few minutes away from a defibrillator.

I  have already sourced a cabinet for the new defibrillator and I am aiming to raise ยฃ900 to purchase the defibrillator itself via Welsh Hearts.

Please help me to achieve my goal as quickly as possible by making a donation, large or small, and passing this appeal on to as many of your friends/colleagues as you can. Defibrillators are proven life savings aids and I am passionate in trying to ensure there are as many of them available to the public 24/7 as possible.
