My mum had rubbish lungs, she knew that. She had been dagnosed with the condition bronchiectasis, as a child, and it had affected her life since then. She couldn't do anything requiring an increased respriatory rate and she was unable to deal with big changes in temp. Her lung condition was, nearly, always eclipsed by her unforgiving arthritis.  Her lungs eventually stopped working properly and she slipped away from us last year.

None of us know for sure what is going on inside our bodies or what is lying dormant waiting ro raise its head.  I have done fundraising previously for Arthritis Reasearch but this time I hope to raise funds for the British Lung Foundations to help those already afflicted with lung issues and to help research known conditions to help reduce or eradicate symptons completely.  Thank you for taking the time to look at my page, please read about the BLF, and all their wonderful work, on their website www.blf.org.uk and if you can please spare any pennies both the BLF and I will be very grateful.
