OK, it's done!! I finished the course in 2hours 29minutes and amazingly there were still some people crossing the line after me!  Plus I kept a bright pink wig on me the whole way... It was a beautiful sunny day and Brighton looked wonderful.  What I saw of it through sweat glazed eyes and gritted teeth.  Now feeling extremely good!!

Thanks to everyone who has donated, thanks to Rise for such a lovely meetingplace/refreshment stop after the race, and thank goodness it's over.  I don't think Mo Farah need lose any sleep just yet...  Anyone who hasn't yet got around to donating, this page stays open for the next three months, so there's still lots of time.   Rise is a great charity working with vulnerable people who feel they have nowhere left to turn, so anything you care to give will be most welcome.  And come on, I have suffered for it!!! Although not as much as the streets of Brighton, gave them a right old pounding...
