Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am taking part in the Cambridge Half Marathon on Sunday 8 March 2020 on behalf of YMPH, a charitable foundation working to improve the lives of young people by facilitating innovative approaches to resolve mental health conditions.

YPMH was established in memory of Will Templeton by his parents Anne and Peter and his brother John. Sadly Will took his own life in April 2018 aged just 18, having suffered with anxiety and depression for a number of years.

The family's aspiration is to enable the 'joining up' of excellent research and practice across the many fields associated with young people's mental health to improve prevention, identification, diagnosis and treatment of conditions such as depression and anxiety.
